Shipping

PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (NOT INCLUDING SATURDAY & SUNDAY) FOR ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED AND TRACKING NUMBER RECEIVED. Please check your spam/junk box for your tracking if not received in the allotted time.

All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. Please also check with your local post office after 7 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address. 

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU ARE ENTERING THE CORRECT FULL ADDRESS. ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ADDRESS.

If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, if not received you will need to contact your post office. That is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries) MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

 Returns/Exchanges

Please inspect your order once received and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To start a return/exchange, please contact us first at help@nanisboutiqueonline.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you would like to exchange the item received for a store credit, we must be contacted first.

WE MUST RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER APPROVAL.

Anything received after the allotted time will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Items sent back to us without contacting us first WILL NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To be eligible for return/exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn /unused with tags and in its original packaging. If the item is missing any tags or showing signs of being worn(deodorant marks, any makeup marks, perfume/fragrance) the return will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Once the exchange is approved and item received, you will be provided the instructions to make your next purchase using your store credit.

ANY CONTACT/REQUEST MADE AFTER 72 HOURS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

IF A RETURN IS MADE WITHOUT APPROVAL FIRST, IT WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refunds
If we have made an error that is warranted a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If that time has passed you will need to contact your financial institution for any further assistance.
